Nanananananannanananana BATMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean...
Cue stately Hans Zimmer music.
I am just going to squee a bit about The Dark Knight Rises under the cut, so that if you want to squee with me you can, but if you haven't seen it yet, you can wait.
First of all -- FIVE FOR FIVE THIS YEAR ON REICHENBACH FALLS IN SHERLOCK HOLMES INSPIRED STUFF THIS YEAR.
(My count: House, The Mentalist, Sherlock, Sherlock Holmes [Ritchie], and now The Dark Knight Rises)
Second of all -- FRENCH REVOLUTION FOR THE WIN! (I didn't notice the storming of the Bastille until the second viewing. I was clued in at the trials.) ESPECIALLY THEN READING THE SYDNEY CARTON LINE AT THE END.
Third of all I JUST WANT TO GIVE GARY OLDMAN A HUG!
Fourth of all THE ACTING! OH THE ACTING!
Ok, I'm done now.
Oh, also, last month my brother said "I bet Joseph Gordon-Levitt is Robin. He looks like Robin." You should have seen his face at the end!
Now I'm done.
Oh yeah, and that the one guy was named Stryver. I just saw in the credits there was also a character named Barsad. I don't remember him, though.
I do remember Barsad now! I just never heard his name in the film.
