TrekCore just screencapped the Blue ray disks of "The Trouble with Tribbles."

Also, this episode may take the record for the most shots like this--Kirk, with Spock to his left, and both making very funny faces at each other.
My theory is that Spock realized Kirk was in a rare mood and needed babysitting, so he figured he'd tag along whenever possible.
