I'm not a fan of Les Mis, as far as I've heard it. But Roger Allam was apparently the original Javert in London.
(And I'd rather hear him sing "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines"... but I had to share for the coolness factor alone. And also because I'm pretty sure I have Les Mis fan friends on my f-list.)
I was going to say I didn't know that Roger Allam acted in musicals. Then I realized that the answer to that was...
"Well, you remember that time when there was that thing you didn't know whether or not I could do, and then it turned out I couldn't?"
