Day Twenty-Seven–A Story You Wish Had Been Adapted

I wouldn't mind a really good adaptation of The Valley of Fear.  I enjoy that story a lot (Including the Pinkerton case in America.  I get a kick out of Doyle writing America as the other.)  As far as I'm aware none has been made.  But it includes some of my favorite dialogue, and one of the cases that I find the most interesting. 

I wonder what a Sherlock-ified version would look like?  There's an interesting thought...  (And that's NEVER going to happen... except in my own fanfiction... which doesn't count...)
