goldvermilion87: (angst)
I really want to write more fic, but I feel like I still need to process Series 2.  In particular, for some reason at this moment I feel like I have to know how long the hiatus is before I can write more.  I bet it's less than three years, because this show is very condensed time.  I mean, it's only been eighteen months in BBC-time since Sherlock and John met, and in ACD-time it's 6 years.  So I could just put 3 months in my headcanon, and have done...

Then, I was looking through some old fic to see if there were any things I wanted to expand/get ideas from/etc. and I found several stories that I really liked, but that fit almost better with series 2 than series 1, and I'm full of sadness that no one will ever see them, as they have already had their 24 hours (or fewer) in the sun.

In conclusion, can you tell that I'm supposed to be grading a very very long Western Though test?
